Let admins and members with a quota invite new users while registration is closed.

Admins, and members with an invitation quota, create one-time invitation codes or links. An invitation can be emailed straight to the recipient, or the code can be copied and shared by hand.

Invitations work even when FlaskBB's own registration is turned off (REGISTRATION_ENABLED). Admins manage every invitation and each user's quota from the "Invitations" page in the admin panel.

Install
pip install flaskbb-plugin-inviteonly

Then install and enable it under Management → Plugins.
